Hi! So if your reading this your probably thinking “what would I do if I need to cancel, and what would happen?”. If you have a appointment booked and need to cancel for any reason, try to do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled time or earlier. If the cancelation falls within the 24 hour time span the deposit cannot be transferred to another appointment, and I will require a new one in order to book. My grace period for appointments as well is 15 minutes. Saying this, I also understand emergencies happen! Feel free to reach out to me through Instagram Dm or in my contact section with any concerns! NO CALL-NO SHOW For clients who do not show up for their appointment time, and fail to contact prior or have not communicated with me at all, will owe a new deposit upon booking again. That being said, if a no call no show happens repeatedly, or same day cancelation; be aware it is at my digression if I choose to take you as a client, or to charge a cancelation fee for my time. I am very fair and understanding so please feel free to contact me if you can’t make it for any reason! CANCELATION FEE be aware the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases. In the case a cancelation occurs, that deposit will not be transferred to a rescheduled appointment and one would need to book again with a new deposit. If cancelation occurs before 24 hour time frame, it can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. Same day cancelation with no explanation/ no call no shows will be charged a $50 cancelation fee.
